The origin of the Y&A Launois champagne
The 2018 harvest
After a career in journalism, mostly spent in the United Kingdom, Annie took over the family winegrowing business in 2018.
All our vineyards are located in the village of Verneuil, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne.
The Union des Maisons de Champagne lists 106 winegrowers with 357,40 hectares of vines in the village.
Surface per type of grapes :
36,10 ha of Chardonnay
258,00 ha of Meunier
63,10 ha of Pinots-Noirs
0,20 ha of other grapes.
In our vineyards, we grow a majority of Pinots Meuniers, Pinots Noirs and Chardonnay grapes.
